  • These units are fabricated from food grade heavy duty (16 and 18 gauge)stainless steel.
  • Specially designed for easy cleaning (curved corners and strain valve).
  • Can accommodate five plates with 16 idlis from each plate.
  • Extra set of plates available at an additional cost.
  • Positive seal helps to cook faster (not a pressure cooker).
  • Stainless Steel Stand and gas burner options are available.
  • Approximate size (20” L x 28” W x 20” H).
  • Handles on both sides for lifting and moving.
  • Can also be custom built.
