“Bain-Marie” refers to the method of placing a pan of food in another pan with water in it to stabilize the heat reaching the food. SKN BAIN-MARIE range is designed to keep meals in hot and ready to serve condition when transported and served away from the kitchen. It can be independently controlled and conveniently positioned push bar and plug park make movement both simple and safe.

  • Completely constructed from Stainless Steel Sheet fitted with food grade.
  • Stainless Steel Vessels for keeping food warm.

  • Width -- 24”. Height -- 34”.
  • Can also be custom built.
